JASPA - The Jamie Allen School of Performing Arts

The Jamie Allen school of performing Arts opens its doors from Sunday 18th September. This new performing arts school for kids will run on Sunday afternoons at the Community Centre between the hours of 2pm and 5pm. The Jamie Allen school of performing Arts, or JASPA as it will be known, will cover the three disciplines of singing, dance and drama with a strong emphasis on musical theatre. All JASPA staff are CRB checked industry professionals and the school will be open to children between the ages of 7 to 17. The open day is on Sunday 28th August and the taster day is on Sunday 4th September.

This is something that Jamie has wanted to do for quite some time. His own personal training was at the London School of Musical Theatre followed by the Royal Academy of Music in London. He holds a post graduate qualification as well as the LRAM.
